Singapore Chinatown Heritage and Food Walking Tour - Klook Singapore ($100 per pax)

ITINERARY (9am to 1pm)

This 4-hour cultural tour of Singapore begins at Bugis MRT Station, exploring the city’s rich Indian, Malay, and Chinese heritage. Starting in Kampong Glam, participants visit the Sultan Mosque, a National Monument built in 1824 with Indo-Saracenic design, showcasing Malay-Islamic history, and stroll Haji Lane, where vibrant street art and shophouses blend tradition with modernity, while sampling Goreng Pisang, crispy banana fritters, as a take-and-go snack. The group then walks to Little India (approximately 15 minutes), exploring the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple, a Tamil Hindu hub with Dravidian architecture, and the bustling Mustafa Centre bazaar, enjoying Vadai, a savory fritter, as a take-and-go snack. Finally, the tour takes the MRT (Downtown Line, ~10 minutes) to Chinatown, visiting the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple for Buddhist art and the historic Thian Hock Keng Temple (1839), a Hokkien landmark dedicated to Mazu, while savoring Hainanese chicken rice at a hawker stall. Food sampling is kept to 30 minutes total, blending Singapore’s multicultural legacy through architecture, history, and cuisine.

Group requirement
• This activity requires a minimum of 8 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund
• Group size: 8 - 15 participant(s)

Confirmation
• A confirmation text will be sent via WhatsApp/Email

Cancellation policy
• No cancellations and/or refunds will be entertained after confirmation of booking

Amendment policy
• Change of tour date subject to availability with surcharge of SGD20 per pax per change
• Tour date changes must be made at least 3 days before original tour date

Voucher
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted

Meet up information
• Meet up at the Bugis station at least 5 minutes before Departure Time
• Participants are given a 10 minute grace period otherwise considered no show
• Refunds will not be entertained for late or no show participants
• Look for guide holding Otter Tours flag.
