Terms and conditions

Validity
• The voucher is only valid on the specific date and time

Eligibility
• Children aged 10+ must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Group requirement
• This activity requires a minimum of 6 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund
• Group size: 6 - 15 participant(s)

Confirmation
• A confirmation text will be sent via WhatsApp/Email

Cancellation policy
• No cancellations and/or refunds will be entertained after confirmation of booking

Amendment policy
• Change of tour date subject to availability with surcharge of SGD20 per pax per change
• Tour date changes must be made at least 3 days before original tour date

Voucher
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted

Meet up information
• Meet up at the City Hall station at least 5 minutes before Tour Commencement.
• Participants are given a 10 minute grace period otherwise considered no show.
• Refunds will not be entertained for late or no show participants.
• Look for guide holding Otter Tours flag.
